Returns & Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if there is any issue.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Incorrect Items

If an incorrect item is received, we will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product remains unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original condition and packaging.

Because plastic granules and engineering materials may be affected by storage, contamination, or processing conditions, opened or used materials may not be eligible for return unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, or payment provider processing times may vary.
